Forum Jobs is seeking an Injection Molding Technician / Operator in Belgium to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring injection molding machines, performing startup quality checks, and preventing defects to ensure products meet standards.

The role requires hands-on technical work, the ability to work independently and within a team, and fluency in Dutch and/or English.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic processing or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• Enjoys hands-on technical work.
• Can work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Setting up, changing, starting, and monitoring injection molding machines.
• Performing quality checks at production startup according to specifications.
• Preventing defects and ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance on molds.
• Suggesting improvements related to safety, quality, environment, and efficiency.
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized.
