Forum Jobs is seeking an Injection Molding Technician / Operator in Belgium to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring injection molding machines, performing startup quality checks, and preventing defects to ensure products meet standards.

The role requires hands-on technical work, the ability to work independently and within a team, and fluency in Dutch and/or English.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic processing or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds.

What will you do?

As an Injection Molding Technician / Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

What are we looking for?

• You have a technical diploma (TSO - Mechanics, Plastics, or similar)
• You have experience in a plastic processing or manufacturing environment
• You have knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds
• You enjoy hands-on technical work
• You can work independently but also thrive in a team
• You speak Dutch and/or English fluently
