Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is offering a PR + Owned/Earned Media Internship in Belgium. This internship covers following up PR campaigns, assisting with press events, maintaining press lists, stock management, and influencer outreach.

You will also support Owned Media tasks such as visual selection, asset creation, and FR/NL copy translation. The role seeks candidates with 12 weeks minimum availability, ideally 4–6 months, and fluent Dutch and English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Student status/internship under school contract (Masters or Bachelor)
• Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Following up PR campaigns from A to Z: selecting press contacts, creating and sending press releases, sending products, creating reports.
• Answering requests from the press and organizing physical or virtual press events.
• Maintaining a press list and creating press files according to Key Shopping Moment.
• Keeping stock up to date, placing orders.
• Contact for PR agencies.
• Contact with influencers and organizing virtual press events for them.
• Selecting & downloading visuals for social media.
• Graphic design support for assets creation.
• Translating copy into FR & NL.
• Monitoring consumer comments on social media.
• Supporting monthly reportings.
• Internal & external communications (mailings, employee engagement and events).

• Monitoring comments from consumers on Social media (community management support).
• Support team with creation of monthly reportings.
• Corporate Communications support:
• Internal & external communications (mailings, employee engagement and events).

Qualifications
