Job summary

MindWave is seeking a PowerBI / Fabric Developer & Analyst to join our Data Management team for a major NMBS initiative. You will translate business needs into robust reporting solutions, analyze AS‑IS setups, and shape future‑proof TO‑BE BI architectures.

Candidates should have 7+ years of BI experience with Power BI, Fabric, and Azure, fluent English and Dutch or French at B2 level. You will be on-site in Brussels 2–3 days/week with a hybrid/remote setup and opportunities to drive data‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, CS, IT, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in a BI role with Power BI and Fabric.
• Power BI: 7+ years.
• Azure Analysis Services: 5+ years.
• Azure Cloud & Data Services: 3+ years.
• Microsoft Fabric: 2+ years (RayFin + Copilot).
• Agile with Scrum/Kanban; Jira/Confluence.
• English fluency; Dutch or French at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and analyze reporting needs across NMBS departments.
• Design, build, and deploy PowerBI reports on SAP BW/BW4 and Azure environments.
• Implement governance, QA, and data quality reporting across BI landscapes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage BI roadmap and delivery.
