Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced policy researchers and think tank analysts to help train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across policy briefs, data exhibits, testimony materials, and stakeholder slides, requiring 3+ years at a think tank or policy institute; portfolio of published briefs and presentations is essential. This is a fully remote, flexible, part-time role (5-20 hours/week) at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a think tank, policy institute, or government research body.
• Portfolio of published briefs and presentations for policymaker audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop policy briefing decks, data-driven policy exhibits, testimony support materials, and stakeholder slides.
• Maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy and visual quality in all slide deliverables.
