You will manage on-site planning and coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and strong communication with clients and colleagues on site, while contributing to technical improvements and tailored solutions for lighting systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of electricians during installation of lighting systems on various commercial projects.
• Ensure efficient on-site planning and coordination of works.
• Monitor quality and safety of completed works on site.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues on site.
• Contribute to technical solutions and optimizations for tailor-made lighting solutions.

Als ploegleider heb je de volgende taken:

• Je stuurt een team van elektriciens aan bij de installatie van verlichtingssystemen op diverse bedrijfsprojecten.


• Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werkplanning en coördinatie op de werf.


• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de uitgevoerde werken.


• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne collega’s op de werf.


• Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en optimalisaties.
