Job summary

9altitudes is seeking a Senior IT & Cloud Platform specialist to own Azure governance, DevOps automation, and AI enablement across our international operations. You will ensure reliable platform quality and guide the adoption of AI tooling with governance and clear guidelines.

The role blends hands-on operations with advisory work, enabling you to influence release management, GTM processes, and CoE contributions globally.

Qualifications

• Must-have Azure governance, cost management and monitoring.
• Must-have CI/CD with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions; scripting in PowerShell and YAML; IaC awareness (Bicep/ARM).
• Must-have Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: identity, access and tenant management.
• Affinity with AI tooling (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and underlying tech, plus AI usage governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Azure governance and DevOps automation for reliability and scale.
• Develop and manage AI usage reporting and governance.
• Oversee D365 platform quality and integration governance.
• Go-to-market tenant and release management; contribute to Centers of Excellence.

Your daily adventure

You are the technical owner of the platforms that keep our business running and evolving. From Azure governance and DevOps automation to AI enablement and platform quality, you create the foundations that allow teams across 9altitudes to move faster, smarter and with confidence.
Cloud & platform operations (Azure)

• Manage and govern our Azure subscriptions for R&D, go-to-market and internal systems: cost, capacity and access.
• Build out and monitor advanced monitoring.
• Keep the application landscape reliable and running.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Design,maintainand improve our DevOps pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows.
• Standardize build, test and release across solution areas, so teams move faster with fewer surprises.

AI enablement & governance

• Develop and manage the AI Usage Reporting Portal.
• Guide adoption of AI tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and whatever comes after) and turn it into clear recommendations and internal guidelines.

D365 platform & quality (FO/CE)

• Run quality checks and technical follow-up on our internal Dynamics 365 systems (FSCM & CE). You don't need deep functional knowledge of these solutions; understanding the architecture, governance and ALM around them is a real plus.
• Support integrations and safeguard release quality.

Go-to-market tenant, release management & advisory

• Maintain the GTM tenant and optimize the processes around it: release notes publication, testing frameworks, and more.
• Contribute actively to our international technical Centers of Excellence.

You'll move between hands-on operations and advisory, sometimes on the same day.
That mix ís the job, not a distraction from it.

Skills

Must-have

• Microsoft Azure: subscription governance, cost management and monitoring.
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions. Scripting in PowerShell and YAML. Awareness of Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM).
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: identity, access and tenant management.
• Affinity with AI tooling (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and the technology underneath it (MCP and similar), plus AI usage and cost governance.

Nice-to-have

• Dynamics 365 (FO and/or CE) at platform level.
• Power Platform governance.
• User and application access management (Azure Key Vault, Devolutions) and Intune / endpoint management.
• Experience in a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment.
