You will develop and maintain a highly productive team of management and hourly employees by constantly driving training, communications, employee involvement, and continuous improvement. You will direct and integrate all operations across the manufacturing facilities.

You will be part of the Operations Department at Carmeuse and report directly to Elise Di Marino, Operational Director CWE. You will work closely with the Production, Maintenance, and Quarry teams, leading a team of six direct reports and collaborating with key stakeholders on a daily basis.
