Neurophos seeks a Senior BEOL Process Integration Engineer to join our chip manufacturing team embedded at our Belgian foundry partner. You will own BEOL process integration for our advanced photonic chip, ensure that all steps are qualified and operating within specification, and drive continuous improvement in yield, reliability, and performance.

You will work directly with the foundry process integration team and Neurophos engineering to meet ambitious specs.

Qualifications

Education in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics.
3+ years in BEOL/FEOL process integration or related semiconductor roles.
Strong knowledge of BEOL unit processes (lithography, deposition, CMP, metallization).
Experience reading GDS/GDSII layouts and providing DFM feedback.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; English communication.

Responsabilités

Own BEOL process integration flow for photonic chip; ensure qualification and specs.
Drive process development and transfer between development and high‑volume manufacturing.
Define process specs and SPC limits; lead foundry to meet them.
Identify BEOL interactions and risks; implement improvements and design rules.
Review GDS layouts for process compatibility and flag DRC/DFM issues.
Lead fault isolation and failure analysis from electrical test data to root cause.
Design and execute DOE to support process development and qualification.
