KU Leuven invites applications for a PhD researcher position in the Department of Work and Organisation Studies (WOS). You will join an interdisciplinary team focusing on resources, well-being and workplace dynamics, with quantitative, longitudinal data and possible qualitative data use.

You will start around 1 November 2026, based at the Brussels Campus, contributing to theory development and doctoral training while collaborating across European research networks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Business Economics or Business Engineering preferred.
• Strong academic performance with distinctions or international equivalents.
• Solid interest in theory-driven work, HRM and organisational behaviour.

Responsabilités

• Work with available data to formulate research questions and analyze data using advanced person-centred and longitudinal methods.
• Report findings in scientific papers and include in doctoral dissertation.
• Contribute to theoretical and methodological development and design follow-up studies.
• Present research at scientific conferences and participate in national and international networks.
• Complete the doctoral programme of the Faculty of Economics and Business, choosing courses with supervisor guidance.
• Support lectures and supervise bachelor’s/master’s theses and assessment activities.
