MindCapture is seeking a Material Lifecycle and Operational Excellence Specialist to manage the material lifecycle, supplier changes, and compliance within a pharmaceutical production environment. The role blends quality, operations, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration on site with our client.

The position requires GMP knowledge, pharmaceutical process understanding, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GMP and QA systems.
• Pharmaceutical production process understanding.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Material lifecycle management: onboarding and maintenance of materials and services.
• Assess supplier changes for quality and compliance impact.
• Review procedures against internal and external standards.
• Address change control gaps and follow through actions.
• Support business continuity planning for materials.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
• Optimize processes, data and systems using Excel and Power BI.
• Support cross-functional improvement projects.
• Contribute to projects involving materials and operations.
