Job summary

PROMAN Care Regio West is seeking a dedicated personal assistant to support a young man with autism spectrum disorder (ASS). You will provide practical assistance, tailor support to a daily/weekly plan, and encourage healthy routines.

The role includes facilitating leisure activities and accompanying him on outings, while also aiding school-related skills in collaboration with his network. The position offers flexible hours, with more than 20 hours per week and potential changes through 2026;

Responsibilities

Job description

Voor een jongeman met een ASS zoeken we een persoonlijk assistent die hem dagelijks kan begeleiden.

Jou takkenpakket bestaat uit volgende zaken:

• Praktische ondersteuning, helpen waar nodig.
• Je bied ondersteuning op maat aan de hand van een dag/weekschema. Dit schema stel je samen op met de zorgvrager en zijn netwerk.
• Je zet in op het aanleren van goede gezondheidsgewoontes.
• Samen kijk je naar de opties van vrije tijdsbesteding en trekt er zelf ook op uit met de jongeman in kwestie.
• Je werkt multidisciplinair, zo ondersteun je ook bij schoolse vaardigheden.

Tewerkstellingsuren:

Nog flexibel samen af te spreken. Mogelijke twerkstelling >20u/week. Dit t.e.m. het einde van 2026. Voor 2027 kunnen er wijziging zijn in uren.
