Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
kunno reads people's careers back to them — what they do best, what they're worth, and where they should go next. We're a small, opinionated team. If you want to push real work into the world, this is the place.

What we believe.
Three things drive every hire we make. Read them honestly — if any of them sound wrong to you, this isn't the right team.
Small team, real ownership
You'll touch the product end to end. No layers of approval, no committee design — pick the problem, decide the shape, ship it.
Truth-first AI
Every output we deliver has to cite the evidence behind it. We treat hallucinated career advice as a defect, not a quirk.
Hybrid by default
Brussels, San Francisco, Frankfurt. Pick where you work; show up for the calls that matter. Async-first writing culture.
Four roles. Real ownership.
Each posting links to a hiring manager who reads every reply. No black-hole ATS.
Read their kunno reading with them, translate the AI signals into a real plan, and feed every conversation back into how the product gets sharper.
Full-time or contract
You'll spend at least half your time pair-coding with AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex — and you'll know how to get crisp output from them.
Brussels / Remote (EU)
Full-time
Module structure, written content, video scripts, exam questions, capstone — the whole curriculum. We bring the platform; you bring the rigour.
Project-based
Design and write our second flagship certification: AI Compliance Advisor. EU AI Act, Annex IV documentation, GDPR overlap, US state regulations, real‑world implementation patterns. The course we wish existed when we built kunno.
Project-based
If you'd be a 10/10 hire for something we haven't posted yet, write to us anyway.
We don't do whiteboard puzzles or culture‑fit panels. We pay for trial work, we make decisions fast, and we tell you why if it's a no.
Send us your best work.
One paragraph about why you, one link to something you've shipped or written. That's the application.
