Vector Synergy in Belgium is seeking a seasoned Penetration Tester to support NATO-related security initiatives. The role emphasizes hands-on red/blue team activities, web, infrastructure, and application testing, and security design reviews aligned with NATO policies.

You will work with highly motivated teams on challenging NATO exercises, focusing on infrastructure and application security and delivering practical recommendations for secure designs and resilient defenses.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience (more than 3 years) in IT infrastructure penetration testing.
• Knowledge in system and network administration of UNIX and Windows systems.
• Use of penetration testing tools, techniques, and recognized testing methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Leading and/or being part of the Red/Blue Team during NATO military exercises.
• Providing web-, infrastructure-, and application-level penetration testing.
• Providing security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies and directives.
