Responsibilities

• Start up, operate and monitor automated pasta production lines.
• Adjust production equipment and parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform first-line maintenance on machines and installations.
• Check safety devices and environmental practices.
• Monitor the production process and report deviations.
• Prepare production and incident reports and organize the workstation.
