Our division is approaching 50 years of heritage in manufacturing insulation, with a growing global reach in 40 countries and ambitious goals for the future. We are looking for passionate, ambitious people to join our 6,000‑strong team and help us achieve these goals. The expansion of the Engineering Department means we are now looking to recruit a new P&ID Coordinator, to be located in Visé, Belgium reporting to the GMW Technology Manager.
As the P&ID Coordinator, you would be the end‑to‑end owner of P&IDs, steering every phase for new builds and existing plants, aligning diverse stakeholders, guaranteeing compliance with project/design milestones, and evolving methods and tools—so projects move from concept to as‑built with accuracy, speed, and full traceability.
We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviours and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don’t already have, we’d love to speak to you. We’re seeking a Master‑level (or equivalently experienced) engineer or designer who comfortably bridges theory and hands‑on practice, leads and trains teams, and is fully proficient with Autodesk Suites and P&ID implementation (including Smart P&IDs). You are curious about production processes and eager to advance beyond the current state of the art, highly professional and independent, organized and tenacious, able to manage details without losing the big picture, and driven by a proactive “get it done” mindset.
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
As this is a central, international position, the package and associated benefits will be those of the contract's host country. Our common criterion was to build a comprehensive salary package that stands out in the market.
