Job summary

Rhenus Logistics Belgium is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and growing existing relationships within the Belgian market. You will represent Rhenus Air & Ocean, understand client needs, and tailor logistics solutions that meet business objectives.

The role requires at least five years in outside sales, fluent English, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in global forwarding.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Belgium.
• Identify and secure new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and marketing for seamless delivery.
