Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk is seeking a Logistics Project Engineer to define, analyze, implement, and support outbound logistics processes within the Shipping & Transport team of the ASC.

You will manage end-to-end logistics projects across admin and physical flows, set up new transport routes, integrate partners, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement within our TMS, reporting to the Shipping & Transport Manager.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Industrial/Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate operational challenges into solutions.
• Fluent Dutch and English, excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive and able to work independently.
• High learning agility and proactive change-management mindset.
• Experience or knowledge of supply chain processes and transport systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, implement, and support outbound logistics processes.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of logistics projects across admin and physical flows.
• Set up new transport flows and integrate transport partners smoothly.
• Optimize processes, procedures, and working methods.
• Drive continuous improvement within the shipping and transport management system (TMS).
• Coordinate with IT to migrate from current TMS to future transport platform.
• Report to the shipping & transport manager and work in a hybrid model at Wilrijk.
