Job summary

GO! SBSO Zonnebos in Belgium seeks a dedicated professional to provide orthopedagogical and orthodidactic support for youths within their individual development and action plans. You will inform and guide teachers, caregivers, and parents and contribute to shaping the action plan.

You will lead intake conversations, coordinate enrollments, and work with pubers/adolescents in a collaborative setting, joining internal and external consultations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake conversations with youth and their families
• Coordinate registrations and enrollments
• Provide orthopedagogical and orthodidactic support for individual development plans
• Inform and remediate guidance for teachers, caregivers, and parents
• Support and steer the action planning process
• Collaborate with adolescents and coordinate internal and external meetings
