JF008 - Waregem Industry is seeking a textile lab technician to conduct tests and inspections on fabric samples following internal protocols.

You will prepare test materials, calibrate lab equipment, record results precisely, and report any deviations while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tests and examinations on textile samples according to internal methods
• Prepare test materials and correctly set lab equipment
• Accurately record results and report deviations - detective work in the lab!
• Perform internal controls and maintenance tasks according to schedule
• Strictly follow quality and safety procedures (ISO 9001, 17025)
• Sort products by category and type of repair
• Mark inspected items and place them on shelves
• Detect and indicate deviations in product appearance

Job Responsibilities

• Testen en beproevingen uitvoeren op textielstalen volgens interne methoden
• Testmateriaal voorbereiden en labotoestellen correct instellen
• Resultaten nauwkeurig registreren en afwijkingen rapporteren - detective work in het labo!
• Interne controles en onderhoudstaken uitvoeren volgens planning
• Kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocedures strikt opvolgen (ISO 9001, 17025)
• Producten sorteren per categorie en soort herstelwerk
• Gecontroleerde artikelen markeren en op rekken plaatsen
• Afwijkingen in het uitzicht van producten detecteren en aanduiden
