Johnson & Johnson in Belgium is seeking a Workday Associate C to support non-standard HR/workday activities at all posting locations in Geel and Antwerp. You will operate in a high-tech production context with a focus on safety and quality, and contribute to process improvements within a shift-based environment.

The role requires a recent bachelor degree and willingness to work continuous shifts, with strong emphasis on GMP, safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor in chemistry, process technology or equivalent by experience.
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift system.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality work and GMP adherence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of CP III (D-zone) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Produce Drug Product Intermediates (DPI's).
• Scale up and develop new chemical and physical processes.
• Lauch new medicines and commercial production of key existing drugs.
• Perform chemical reactions and physical unit operations.
• Resolve daily production challenges and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate in a high-tech environment to realize new technologies and process improvements.
• Maintain safety, quality and environmental standards with patient safety focus.

Wat ga je doen?

• Produceren van Drug Product Intermediates (DPI's).
• Opschalen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe chemische en fysische processen.
• Lanceren van nieuwe geneesmiddelen en commerciële productie van belangrijke bestaande medicijnen.

Jouw Impact:

• Uitvoeren van chemische reacties en fysische eenheidsoperaties.
• Oplossen van dagelijkse productie-uitdagingen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen.
• Samenwerken in een hightech omgeving om nieuwe technologieën en procesverbeteringen te realiseren.
• Handhaven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen, met de focus op patiëntveiligheid.

Kwalificaties:

• Recent behaalde bachelor in chemie, procestechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Bereidheid om in een continu ploegensysteem te werken.
• Sterke betrokkenheid bij veiligheid en kwaliteit.
• Detailgericht, met een focus op hoogwaardig werk en naleving van GMP-procedures.
