Job summary

Jobat is seeking a proactive operator to join a Belgian chocolate company. You will start up, adjust, and run production machines to create delicious chocolate products.

You will think creatively to solve problems, provide feedback to your supervisor and technicians, and ensure strict hygiene and quality standards. Strong knowledge of the Office suite and accurate administrative handling are also expected. You will supervise your team and keep production moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for starting up, setting up and operating the production machines.
• You think in a problem-solving way and come up with ideas.
• You give feedback to your supervisor and/or technicians.
• Hygiene and quality are your priority.
• You have a good knowledge of the Office suite and can process administration correctly.
• You supervise/lead your team.
