A global leader in outdoor play is seeking an Operations Supporter to join their team in Liège, Belgium. This role involves collaborating with logistics, ensuring order follow-ups in ERP and CRM systems, and providing support to installers. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in an operations or sales support role, be fluent in English, French, and German, and possess a customer-centric attitude. Competitive salary aligned with experience will be offered.

Of these, 23 countries do so through KOMPAN’s own direct operation and the remainder through carefully selected quality agents and partners. The global head office is in Odense, Denmark.

KOMPAN Commercial Systems is a subsidiary of the KOMPAN Group and specializes in recreational facilities indoors or outdoors, often with limited available space. We master all the necessary steps (design, production, installation) and we develop all over the world adapted playland solutions to a variety of professional clientele (fast‑food restaurants, commercial centers, leisure, etc.) to improve the attractiveness and the quality of the customers’ experience.

Do you want to be part of delivering industry‑leading solutions to our customers?

We are seeking a dedicated colleague to join our Operations team in Liège, Belgium. In this role, you will be part of making sure the team delivers industry‑leading solutions to our customers. This includes:

  • Collaborating closely with our factory and logistic operations.
  • Ensuring follow‑up on orders in our ERP & CRM Systems.
  • Following up the installation planning with the coordinators and the installers.
  • Provide remote support to the installers on product and technical questions.
  • Following up on claims.
  • Qualifying and handling leads.

You will become part of the Sales Support - and Installation & After Sales team consisting of 5 employees providing great value to the Operations in KCS.

A hands‑on Sales or Operations Supporter

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and have successfully operated as a Operation or Sales Supporter or in a similar administrative role. As you will become part of a global company, you possess the competence to work and collaborate with different cultures.

Further, we expect that you are:
  • Proficient in Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of additional software will be highly considered (i.e., CRM, ERP, data processing…)
  • Fluent in English, French and German.
  • Customer‑centric and a can‑do mentality.
  • Any other language like Spanish, Italian, Arabic is a huge plus.
