START PEOPLE WOLUWE-SAINT-LAMBERT is seeking a KYC Analyst responsible for controlling KYC files in accordance with local and cross-border requirements and internal processes.

You will collaborate with the KYC Coordinator and other departments, report progress to the team leader, and communicate in French, Dutch or English as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform KYC file control based on local and cross-border requirements and internal processes.
• Analyze information received for each case.
• Collaborate with KYC Coordinator to meet deadlines.
• Handle partial triggers in a timely manner.

Description du poste

In charge of the control of KYC files : based on local and cross-border requirements and internal process:

• adverse info check
• analysis of the information received
• collaboration with the KYC Coordinator to ensure the respect of deadlines
• treatment of partial triggers

Collaboration with the KYC Coordinator, the Middle office and/or with compliance departments to discuss potential issues and find solutions. Communicate on the progress (and in case of potential difficulties) with the team leader. Communications to colleagues will be done in French, Dutch or English.
