EFI Global Belgium is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead teams, ensure quality, and drive growth across language borders. You will guide coordinators, translate strategy into actionable plans, and collaborate with a wide network of professionals in a multinational setting.
You will manage budgets, optimize workflows, mentor managers, and align stakeholder expectations while delivering superior service to clients and partners in a technical consultancy environment.
