Wesco is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to perform inventory quality control duties, ensuring accuracy of stock and materials received. This role supports the operations team and helps maintain high standards of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in Operations Inventory/Quality Control environment.
• Experience working with a warehouse management system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Execute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Audit high profile customer orders for accuracy and special requirements.
• Provide support to the management team and other departments as requested.
• Investigate and assist in resolving order/inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with warehouse associates to achieve quality goals.

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• 2 years + in Operations Inventory/Quality Control environment required
• Experience working with a warehouse management system

Skills & Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of other applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to follow established processes
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
