Overview

Position: Operationeel Inkoper Mechatronica at XENTYS in Deurne, Belgium. Salary: €3,250 per month. This role is part of a larger group of about 600 employees, with the XENTYS operation employing roughly 30 staff who produce finely engineered and mechatronic machines for the robotics, medical and packaging sectors.

Responsibilities

• Calculate cost calculations based on supplier offers and input customer orders, item lists and drawings into Glovia ERP.
• Generate assembly planning and purchase orders via Glovia, manage revision control of customer orders.
• Procure assemblies per order from a wide range of suppliers, focusing on quality and cost control.
• Ensure just‑in‑time delivery of parts, coordinate with production and project management if delivery dates shift, and press suppliers to maintain on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with a small team of three colleagues and report to the Business Unit Manager.
