Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to shape long-term supply chain strategies and improve planning accuracy across a global network. This onsite role focuses on capacity, efficiency, and resilience, with leadership in analytics to optimise cost-to-serve and operational performance.

The role requires advanced analytics, mastery of SAP, Power BI, and Excel, and a strong ability to influence stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• ERP, BI and advanced Excel capabilities are essential for planning and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Define long-term supply chain strategies and networks addressing capacity and production location decisions.
• Support programs including promotions, forecasts for events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
• Monitor S&OP performance, cost-to-serve data, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve supply chain initiatives.
• Develop long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals.
• Analyze data to improve delivery of products and services to customers.
• Oversee logistics for new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery.
• Build cross-functional and supplier relationships to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
