Newell Brands on-site in Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure production continuity and reliability. You will safeguard machinery performance and facilities, supporting a safe and efficient working environment on site.

We value hands-on problem solving, collaboration, and proactive maintenance. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic global consumer goods company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance or technical role with hands-on approach.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of PLC programming with Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Preventive Maintenance: schedule and execute maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns.
• Corrective Maintenance: diagnose and repair equipment and utilities using manuals and tools.
• Machine Setup: perform tool changes, adjust settings and run tests to meet quality standards.
• Facilities & Utilities: maintain site utilities (air, HVAC, lighting, safety systems).
• Documentation: log maintenance activities and update technical docs.
• Collaboration: support external technicians during installations or major repairs.
