Knauf Insulation Ltd is seeking a Control Systems & IT System Supervisor to on-site lead design, construction and commissioning for complex plant projects. You will supervise contractors, enforce safety, ensure quality, and deliver complete documentation, while coordinating with engineering teams and customers.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, fluency in English, and ability to manage multiple tasks under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task and prioritise complex plans.
• Willing to work a 6‑weeks onsite, 2‑weeks at home rotation.
• Experience coordinating design, construction and commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the design phases and construction coactivity of the Control Systems equipment.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of Control Systems site activities to ensure safe, efficient construction.
• Check Quality of Works during construction phase and that work aligns with design.
• Ensure construction activities follow planning and contractor performance.
• Enforce safe work procedures and policies on site.
• Coordinate commissioning with the construction team.
• Deliver the as-built documentation and support plant start-up.
• Produce clear site reports for project teams and customers.
