NES Fircroft in Belgium seeks a Marine and Island Coordinator Watch service (MIC Watch) to support daily coordination activities for offshore and island operations. You will assist the Marine & Island Coordination Team, maintain data in the Offshare system, and ensure vessel and personnel registrations are accurate.

The role requires strong administrative and logistics skills, fluent English and Dutch, full-time onsite in Ostend, with occasional visits to project facilities.

Responsabilités

• Support the Marine & Island Coordination activities on a daily basis.
• Maintain and update operational data within the Offshare system.
• Ensure vessel and personnel registrations are correct and up to date.
• Monitor incoming information from contractors and verify documentation completeness.
• Assist in planning vessel movements and personnel transfers to offshore sites.
• Administer permits, access and vessel approvals.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and log minutes and actions.
• Escalate inconsistencies or operational concerns to the MIC team.
• Ensure timely administration of information in the MIC software.
• Provide yard support in Ostend when required.
