Prayon Recrute un(e) stagiaire pour le département Asset Management sur le site d’Engis/HUB, afin de développer un projet d’amélioration des processus internes et de la maintenance. Le poste implique la mise en place de liens dynamiques entre fichiers existants et une meilleure structuration des informations.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes et développerez vos compétences sur Excel, PowerPoint et SharePoint, sans création de contenu technique exigée.

Qualifications

• Esprit analytique, structuré et organisé.
• À l’aise avec la gestion d’informations et leur mise en forme.
• Maîtrisant Excel et PowerPoint; SharePoint apprécié.

Responsabilités

• Créer des liens entre des fichiers Excel, PowerPoint et SharePoint existants.
• Structurer et organiser les informations du projet afin d’en faciliter la compréhension globale.
• Optimiser la présentation des processus.

Le département Asset Management de Prayon recherche un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour contribuer au développement d’un projet d’amélioration des processus internes visant à améliorer la visibilité et la structure des activités de maintenance du site d’Engis.

Tâches Principales

• Créer des liens entre des fichiers Excel, PowerPoint et SharePoint existants,


• Structurer et organiser les informations du projet afin d’en faciliter la compréhension globale,


• Optimiser la présentation des processus.

Les données sont déjà disponibles. L’objectif est de mettre en place des liens dynamiques entres les fichiers existants.

Aucune création de contenu technique n’est attendu de ta part.

Profil

Nous recherchons une personne :

• Avec un esprit analytique, structurée et organisée ;


• À l’aise avec la gestion d’informations et leur mise en forme ;


• Maîtrisant Excel, PowerPoint à un très bon niveau. La connaissance de SharePoint est un plus.

Aucune connaissance préalable en industrie, chimie ou maintenance n’est requise.
