A growing startup in Brussels is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and contribute to sustainability-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in office management, fluency in English, and at least a B2 level in French and Dutch. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

  • Support onboarding of new team members and act as a key point of contact
  • Organise meetings, internal events, and team activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
  • Continuously improve office processes and ways of working
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Fluent in English, with at least B2 level in French and Dutch
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Hands‑on mindset with a solution‑oriented approach
  • Confident user of MS Office and digital collaboration tools
