Vivid Resourcing is seeking an Offensive Security Specialist to join a security consultancy/enterprise team serving clients across Belgium. You will lead proactive security assessments across web applications, networks, cloud, and AI/ML systems.

The role involves planning and executing tests, reporting findings to client teams, and mentoring junior testers. Requirements include 3+ years in offensive security, OSCP, strong scripting, and deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and cloud misconfigurations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.
• OSCP holder; OSCE/OSWE/OSEP/CRTO a strong plus.
• Strong scripting/programming ability (Python, C, PowerShell, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10, AD attack paths, and cloud security misconfigurations.
• Experience with common offensive tooling (Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite Pro, Metasploit).
• Fluent English; French or Dutch a strong advantage for local client work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and red team engagements across web, mobile, network, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Conduct social engineering and physical security testing where in scope.
• Identify, exploit, and clearly document vulnerabilities with actionable remediation guidance.
• Build and maintain custom tooling/scripts to support testing efficiency.
• Deliver technical and executive-level reports and present findings to client security teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging attack techniques, zero-days, and adversary tradecraft.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to internal methodology development.
