NVISO in Brussels is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to lead engagements, combining technical prowess with strategic thinking to simulate attacker actions and test defenses. The role focuses on advancing clients’ security postures across networks, systems, and applications.

You will coordinate testing projects end-to-end and support junior testers, delivering comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations to improve security controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Fuse technical and non-technical skills to emulate attacker actions.
• Understand attacker psychology and tactics to proactively test clients.
• Design, develop, and recommend security solutions to protect data and systems.
• Coordinate penetration testing projects end-to-end as a senior tester.
• Mentor junior testers in day-to-day delivery and growth.
• Prepare reports on effectiveness of information security controls.
