Enky | Furniture Solutions in Brussels is seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to configure, optimize, and scale our Odoo setup with a strong emphasis on logistics and inventory operations.

You will design robust operational workflows, train internal teams, and ensure effective Odoo adoption across the business. The role requires fluent French and professional English, 5+ years in Odoo, and hands-on Odoo.sh and API experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Consultant, with strong expertise on recent versions (v18/v19).
• Strong experience with Odoo.sh: staging/production workflows, builds, Git-based deployments.
• Strong expertise in Inventory and Purchase modules: routes, replenishment rules, picking operations, logistics flow design.
• Proven experience training and supporting end users — not only system configuration.
• Strong autonomy and ownership mindset: lead projects end-to-end, prioritize effectively, challenge requests when relevant.
• Fluent French and professional English required.

Responsabilités

• Configure and evolve Odoo modules, primarily Inventory and Purchase, with involvement in Sales, CRM, and basic Accounting.
• Design and optimize logistics and inventory workflows: multi-warehouse management, picking routes, inbound/outbound operations, cycle counts, barcode workflows, carrier integrations.
• Train internal users through live sessions and written documentation.
• Document configurations, processes, and functional decisions for long-term maintainability.
• Audit current setup, identify friction points, and propose concrete, prioritized improvements.
• Advise on Odoo best practices: data hygiene, naming conventions, access rights, automations, Studio vs custom development decisions.
• Contribute to light custom developments (Python/XML), API and webhook integrations, and minor OWL front-end adjustments

• Configure and evolve Odoo modules, primarily Inventory and Purchase, with additional involvement on Sales, CRM, and basic Accounting when needed.

• Design and optimize logistics and inventory workflows:

  • multi-warehouse management

• Work end-to-end with business teams to ensure configured processes are practical, adopted, and effective in day-to-day operations.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Consultant, with strong expertise on recent versions (v18/v19).

• Solid experience with Odoo.sh:

  • staging/production workflows

  • builds

  • Git-based deployments

• Strong expertise in Inventory and Purchase modules:

  • routes

  • replenishment rules

  • picking operations

  • logistics flow design

• Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or B2B logistics operations.

• Experience supporting SMEs during scaling or structuring phases.

• Familiarity with integration middleware tools such as n8n (or equivalent).
