As an Odoo Business Analyst (Medior), you will analyze client processes, define requirements (GAAP & ROI), and work with developers to deliver on time and on budget. You’ll be the main client contact, shape the strategy, and challenge the status quo to improve ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher is required.
• A work permit and a residence in Belgium (onsite full-time).
• Passion for software products.
• Perfect written and spoken English.
• Odoo knowledge or Odoo functional certification will guarantee an interview.

Responsabilités

• Analyze client businesses and identify performance levers.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements (including GAAP & ROI).
• Define the right strategy: standard vs. custom, scalable, and best-practice driven.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Deliver what’s promised, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with developers to build custom solutions.
• Challenge the status quo and propose smarter ways of working.
• Lead the entire project from inception to delivery.
• Ensure delivery of projects within time and budgets.
• Qualify the customer needs.
• Communicate directly to clients; master demos of our software.
