digica in Belgium is seeking an Odoo Business Analyst & Project Lead to drive client engagements from initial conversation through go-live. You will run workshops, shape the solution, configure Odoo Enterprise / Odoo.sh, and own delivery scope, planning and budget.

You’ll collaborate with Belgian consultants and nearshore Tunisian developers, coordinate across sites, and help grow the Odoo practice toward running it in the near future. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in ERP consulting with hands-on Odoo delivery.
• Configure beyond specification across Sales, E‑commerce, CRM, Accounting.
• Project management: scope, timeline, and client negotiation.
• Comfortable in front of clients at multiple levels.
• Genuinely autonomous with supportive team.
• Fluent English plus Dutch or French.
• Nice to have: Odoo Studio, Python customizations, nearshore teamwork.

Odoo Business Analyst & Project Lead — Brussels

The role

You own Odoo projects from first client conversation to go-live. You run the workshops, shape the solution, configure Odoo Enterprise / Odoo.sh yourself, and manage the delivery: scope, planning, budget, and the awkward conversations that come with all three.You'll work with mixed teams. Belgian consultants alongside our nearshore team in Tunisia, plus developers for the complex custom work. Coordinating across sites is part of the job and part of what makes it interesting.And this is the part we want to be straightforward about: we are growing our Odoo practice and we're hiring the person who can eventually run it in the near future. Methodology, delivery standards, team, commercial input. Not on day one, but that's the direction and we'll be honest with you about the pace.

What you bring

• 3-5 years in ERP consulting, with real hands-on Odoo delivery behind you
• You configure, you don't just specify. Sales, E-commerce, CRM, Accounting... whatever the scope demands
• Project management in practice: you've held a scope, defended a timeline, and told a client no when it was the right answer
• Comfortable in front of clients at every level, from warehouse floor to CFO
• Genuinely autonomous. We'll back you, but nobody is checking your task list
• Fluent English plus Dutch or French
• Nice to have: Odoo Studio, Python customizations, experience working with distributed or nearshore teams
