NTT Data is seeking an API / SOA Team Lead to steer multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects with a focus on quality, governance and execution. The role requires proficiency in REST, SOAP and integration concepts, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage resources and budgets, and drive Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to architecture standards and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading software delivery teams and agile projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
• Solid knowledge of API/SOA environments and integration concepts.
• Experience with governance, reporting and risk management in projects.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP and related tooling.

As API / SOA Team Lead, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects while ensuring quality, governance and successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development and analysis teams
• Manage planning, resources and priorities
• Coordinate project delivery activities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards
• Manage risks, dependencies and issues
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Monitor project delivery and reporting
• Support solution design and technical governance

Required experience & qualifications

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading software delivery teams
• Strong understanding of API and SOA environments
• Agile delivery experience
• Resource and budget management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with project reporting and governance
• Understanding of REST, SOAP and integration concepts
• Languages:
  
  • Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)
  • Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French (mandatory)
• Technology environment: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Jenkins, OpenAPI, REST Services, Agile Tooling, Reporting Platforms and API Management solutions.
