NTT Data is seeking an API / SOA Team Lead to steer multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects with a focus on quality, governance and execution. The role requires proficiency in REST, SOAP and integration concepts, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage resources and budgets, and drive Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to architecture standards and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading software delivery teams and agile projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
• Solid knowledge of API/SOA environments and integration concepts.
• Experience with governance, reporting and risk management in projects.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP and related tooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary development and analysis teams.
• Coordinate planning, resources, priorities and delivery activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance processes.
• Ensure architecture standards compliance and risk mitigation.
