Brolutions is a Brussels-based house of mission-driven consumer brands, including Bambaw, Bambaw Cozy, Oravix, and Arista Ayurveda. You will run the product launch engine, owning the portfolio, gates, deadlines, budgets, and pipeline across hard goods, textiles, and formulations.

You lead a team of product developers and ensure all work reaches the market on time, on margin, and integrated into our systems and channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years launching physical consumer products; end-to-end ownership.
• Experience running multi-project portfolios with clear deadlines.
• Experience guiding experts and unblocking teams to add value.
• Knowledge of factories, MOQs, tooling, lead times.
• Fluent English; Brussels-based or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Run 6–9 concurrent development projects through our stage-gate NPI process.
• Chair gate reviews and own go/no-go decisions with developers’ sign-off.
• Lead and coach product developers who know materials and manufacturing inside out.
• Keep the pipeline of future products prioritized with our commercial teams.
• Coordinate factories and suppliers on timelines and samples; 2–3 Asia trips per year.
• Connect product development with marketing, procurement, logistics, and channel teams.
