North EMEA Controller — FP&A & Finance Leader

Cross International, a leading software services group, seeks a North EMEA Controller to own Controlling and FP&A for three local operations, overseeing a turnover of 75 m€+ and 150 staff (65 in NL). The role coordinates month-end close, forecasting and budgeting, and evolves the common EMEA financial model used by regional controllers.

It also includes supervising a regional project as Project Manager and partnering with executive leaders. English fluency is required; Dutch is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Min. 15 years of Controlling experience.
• Experience in international groups and mid-size businesses.
• Software and Service business experience is a plus.
• Doer profile with track record in producing reliable data.
• Proficient in Excel and Financial BI tools with ability to support reporting automation.
• Proven ability to work with executive level business partners.
• Energetic and flexible, capable of driving changes in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluent, oral and written; Dutch is a major plus.

Responsabilités

• Month-end closing reporting and analysis.

• Leverage accounting data from local organisations across operations.
• Develop and maintain the EMEA financial forecast model.
• Oversee one regional project as Project Manager for the EMEA region.
