Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to assist users in Spain, primarily in Málaga. You will handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email, providing clear digital guidance and friendly service.

Training is provided with a 4-week academy on-site, followed by a flexible hybrid model. Applicants must hold EU residency or passport and be available for a varied shift schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C2/native) with solid English (B1) to operate in an international office.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Digitally fluent and able to troubleshoot common tech issues and learn new tools quickly.
• EU passport or residency allowing work under a Spanish contract immediately.
• Excellent scheduling flexibility to cover peak service times (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00, weekends 09:00-17:30).

Responsibilities

• The Direct Connection: assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with a warm, professional tone.
• Guide users through quick digital fixes, eSIM/ roaming setup, and home internet/TV box issues.
• Identify opportunities to offer better packages or add-ons; no prior sales background needed.
• Maintain accurate customer files in the CRM and ensure data quality.

Requirements

• Linguistic Skills: You are a fluent C2/Native-level Dutch speaker with a solid, confident baseline in English (B1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate our international office.
• Natural Communicator: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, bring a warm vibe, and don't get shaken easily by a tech question.
• Digital Native: You know your way around standard software interfaces, can troubleshoot your own Wi‑Fi, and pick up new tools quickly.
• Legally Ready: You hold a valid EU Passport or full legal residency status allowing you to work under a Spanish contract immediately.
• Roster Ready: Full flexibility to work a vibrant service schedule within our opening windows (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and Weekends 09:00-17:30). Your availability is mandatory for crucial peaks on Monday mornings, Friday evenings, up to 3 evening shifts per week until 20:00, and 2 weekend rotations per month

• Flexible Contract Options & Pay: Work full-time or enjoy more free time to explore Andalusia. We offer flexible contract sizes ranging from 32 to 39 hours per week, with a competitive base salary of up to €2,094 gross/month (plus an extra 15% performance bonus every single month to fuel your weekend travels).
• Paid On-Site Academy: 4 weeks of full-time, fully paid training (2 weeks classroom learning, 1 week on-the-job nesting, 1 week expert coaching) where you will bond with your new team.
• Work from Home Flexibility: Spend your first 3 months building your skills on-site with your team. After that, unlock a flexible hybrid model (2-3 days per week from home based on performance).
