NATO is seeking a Network Technician to support network automation and data entry in Braine-l’Alleud, BE. You will ensure SLA-driven ticket resolution, publish metadata, and drive automation of configuration data and telemetry across NATO networks.

The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance, 3–5 years in network tech, and strong IPAM, DNS, and routing protocol experience. 100% on-site with some Belgium-based travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• 3 years post-related experience in Network Technician, DDI or IPAM.
• Familiarity with network automation or coding languages.
• Subnetting in IPv4/IPv6 environments.
• Experience with DNS, IP and routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, ISIS, BGP).
• Auditing and change-request handling for network configurations.

Responsabilités

• Resolve tickets in line with SLAs.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Register and publish names, addresses and metadata for NATO networks.
• Perform data extraction, deduplication, matching and master data management.
• Register addressing and enterprise names to infrastructure designs.
• Assist teams in integrating items into NRA repositories.
• Automate configuration data for NATO, partners and Federation affiliates.
• Automate network telemetry collection and ingestion.
• Perform other duties as required.
