Spektrum is seeking a security-focused professional to manage the lifecycle of Trellix-based solutions across Windows and Linux endpoints, aligning configurations with NATO standards and industry best practices. You will lead upgrades, troubleshoot incidents, and provide architecture guidance in a cross-functional IT security team.

Qualifications

• Recent knowledge and experience implementing Trellix security products on Windows and Linux.
• Experience delivering services in a complex IT environment with ITIL processes.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and knowledge sharing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the lifecycle for the product under your area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain security policies, configurations, exclusions and baselines.
• Support incident response activities and coordinate with CSU teams and Service Desk.
• Provide technical guidance for endpoint security architecture decisions.
• Plan and lead Trellix product upgrades on Windows endpoints and servers.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to Trellix products with IT admins.
• Test and implement NATO security policies for endpoint security products.
• Optimize endpoint security policies to improve performance.
• Ensure configurations align with industry best practices.
• Create SOPs and documentation; support ongoing process improvements.
