Job summary

Jobat in België zoekt een ervaren boekhoudspecialist die de volledige boekhouding voor meerdere entiteiten beheert in België, Nederland en Luxemburg. Je rapporteert aan de Chief Accountant en werkt nauw samen met Finance. Je verzorgt maand- en jaarafsluitingen, btw-aangifte, intrastat en rapportages, stelt prognoses op en ondersteunt audits.

Je streeft naar continue verbetering van processen en efficiënte financiële analyses. De rol biedt ruimte voor groei en zichtbare impact op de organisatie.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for several entities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Handle daily accounting operations, including purchase invoices, bank transactions, payments, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly and year-end closings, provisions, accruals, and supporting financial analyses.
• Ensure timely VAT, Intrastat, and statutory reporting obligations are met.
• Prepare annual accounts and support audit activities in collaboration with the Chief Accountant.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and support ad hoc finance projects.
