Falk & Ross Europe is seeking a Customer Service Lead for the BENELUX, Scandinavia and Ireland markets. Based in our Waterloo office, you will lead and develop the Customer Service team and actively participate in day-to-day operations.

You will manage orders in the ERP and CRM ecosystem, coach staff, and address escalations while maintaining a high standard of customer service and collaboration with Sales and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Customer Service, with team coordination experience.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory for daily use.
• Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with hands-on operational capability.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and motivate the Customer Service team; ensure staffing for business needs.
• Manage daily operations: order processing, inquiries, backorders and customer documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, training and integration of new team members.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer issues and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Procurement and Finance to ensure seamless support.
