A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an MSAT Process Engineer in Geel, Belgium, to facilitate technology transfers and improve biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Master’s in Life Sciences and hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture. Responsibilities include supporting commercial production and leading process improvement initiatives. Qualifications

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent through experience).
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture processes.
  • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

  • Facilitate technology transfer of biological drug substance manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing commercial manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in the rotational weekend support system.
