Description du poste

As a MS365 Architect, you take the lead in implementing our Sharepoint documentation management system (DMS), while making sure it fits in our current system landscape and aligns with our business needs and way of working.

Responsibilities

• Driving the ongoing transition to MS365 solutions within OMP.
• Taking the technical/ICT lead role in the project team that is implementing Sharepoint.
• Working in close collaboration with our knowledge manager.
• Defining the technical architecture and configuration of MS365 (Teams, Sharepoint Online, and OneDrive), including the integration with existing solutions.
• Translating the security, data handling, and compliance requirements into technical solutions that are aligned with our security strategy.
• Looking for opportunities to streamline and automate business and technical processes within the MS365 ecosphere.
• Providing and applying modern SharePoint framework and MS automation apps expertise.
• Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and roadmaps and giving advice on further integrations in the OMP enterprise architecture to add value for OMP.
• Developing technical documentation and training ICT members on operational MS365 tasks and processes.
• Coaching junior ICT members in day-to-day procedures.
