Qualifications

• Fluent in English; interest in cars, motorsports, automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Customer Experience Best Practice Manual and practical implementation guidance.
• Create and consolidate best practices, processes, tools and learnings.
• Develop communication & promotion toolkits for Gemba Experiences.
• Maintain a Customer Experience Hub on SharePoint and support markets.
• Monitor progress, gather feedback, and report KPI results.
• Improve experiences, guidelines, and communication assets using market insights.
